On 21 Mar 16, someone from maxis called and offer me to switch to MOF98 and promised 5gb and rm78 /mo perpetually. So I agreed. <br /><br />Surprisingly, I was billed RM98 for April. So I called Maxis CS and the guy said my problem was referred to billing Dept to sort it out and he said I needed to pay Rm78+GST<br /><br />Last week, I got the May bill, and no prizes for those who guessed it right, the bill was RM98 + rm20 overdue + GST .( I called C&#39;s again and complained, and got reference number this time)<br /><br />So is there anyone here who experience the same thing?<br /><br />I also gave an ultimatum to the C&#39;s, if I am charged rm98 next month, I will port out.
