Details of the complaint :

I sold the Gc to buyer on 5november 2011.
Didnt receive any complaint regarding the Gc...Fully tested b4 COD with buyer...
on 26nov2011,receive complaint from buyer say the gc faulty...
got problem with the gc...broken line...

Problem according 2 buyer:
Installed on GF pc used for few hour then go to oversea...
Come back then the Gc got problem...

*Buyer request for refund even passed 2week+ from the personal warranty period...which i think is unfair on my side...

Wat u guys think??

hi all
hving some problem wit my dir655

currently using dir655 wit a modem/router
i hv log in the router and enable 802.11G n 802.11N
but only wireless N adapter dwa140 can detect
even 1of my laptop which support wireless N cr400 oso cannot detect the connection
plus a support wireless G laptop cant detect the connection

any sifu got idea how 2 solve the problem??
will the security mode(WEP) effect the connectivity?

4 ur information,he jz change the gc, 250G hdd n psu recently...
he keep having the same problem after format
any solution???

oh ya.....somehow his mobo bios will flash back to original manafacturing date
not the 1preset by him....
how come will like tis???
power not enuff???power cable got problem???
