Property Management Company

I have been renting out my condo since last 2 years and the tenancy is ending soon and I am looking for new tenants.

I have been renting it out for 2.3k for the last 2 years and now this property management call RentalCare Management is offering 1.9k for 3 years contract. I had been very careful in choosing my tenant (prefer female student) and the unit condition is as good as new after 2 years.

Anyone has experience with property management company (RentalCare Management) and they can be trusted to maintain and return the unit in good condition at the end of agreement?
I had bad experience with property management call HostelHunting who don't honor the agreement and fail to pay the penalty when they mark up the rental so high and failed to rent out the unit.

Appreciate any advise from all the sifu out there. Thanks.
