Today both banks e banking having issue?

Can't login since morning till now. It shows system or resource unavailable.

Anyone experiencing same thing? Their e banking line seems like useless , no one answering

Recently I have some issue pertaining to calling out a friend .
When I call the phone is ringing (able to call out) but my friend said he never receive my call.

Could it be his internet/ data plan not working?

Hi guys good day.

I'm here to seek opinion on marrying Thai wife on marriage registration and the challenges such as the immigration setbacks in Thai and Malaysia.

Anybody have any idea about the marriage registration process in both Thai and Malaysia? How much was the major cost needed to consider before going for marriage?

any rules or regulation from Thai side that needs to obey like staying in Thai for certain period of time, cost and etc.

I would be greatful if u can share insights on this matter

Before signing SPA , can include a clause like there is no faulty, damage or any leakage on the property facilities?
I mean like to protect buyer interest? Is there such thing?

Some sellers are too cunning where in some case they hide out the condo facilities problem and the buyer suffer big loss on repairing and maintenance.

Please advice.
