Any recommendation for me? <br />My requirement<br />-budget is not more than 700k ( don&#39;t know can get mid upper class service apartment or condo with this budget) <br />-freehold<br />-600 to 1200 sqf<br />-2 bed room<br />-2 bathroom<br />-no high cable tension, no sewage pond, no cemetery near the condo or service apartment<br />- many tier security <br />- either near mall project or safety new township well plan area (no old flat area)<br /><br />Most important is buy from developer, no sub-sale.<br /><br />Any recommendation from all sifu and guru, please tell me or pm also can , thanks.
