How to setup atmospheric lighting like hypermarket

People usually used cool daylight (white color or code 865) of fluorescent tube in their home or shop, but lately I found that some people try to mimic atmospheric lighting in hypermarket which seem white mixed with little yellow light which is more comfortable.

Hypermarket seem using warm white color(code 840) fluorescent tube, if we also use 840 color tube in home it tend to be more yellowish/darker and different with atmospheric lighting in hypermarket. We could mixed 50% cool daylight(865) and 50% warm white(840) tubes to reach this purpose but it is weird to see different colors tube on ceiling.

Is it because hypermarket installed hundreds of 840 color tubes so it is brighter and tend to be white light, or they just using a higher temperature color tube for example 850?

Bought fake hemianthus callitrichoides Cuba (HC)

Recently I bought 2 pots of a hemianthus callitrichoides Cuba (HC) from a seller named aq**s*** from lelong, when i received the item it looks like the same though not as flourish as picture shown by the seller.

However, after 2 weeks submersed in tank these "HC" transformed to other type of plant and their real identity is Hemianthus micranthemoides(HM)/Elatine Orientalis which look very very similar with HC(either in submerged or immersed form) in immersed form.

This is because some aquatic plants look very very similar in immersed form, but after move and adapt to submerged environment(which required a few weeks) their look will changed and looked like different.

I had contacted the seller that i didn't get the correct item but he refused to provide any solution. He seem unable to differ immersed HM with HC insisted that he sent the correct item and keep giving various excuses, the whole dealing of after service is a very not happy experience. I also leave the comment in "ask seller" regard this issue but it has been deleted by the seller.

Since this is a kinda popular plant among aquatic plants fan and a large carpet of HC always so amazing and make people feel want to start this hobby, I hope I can share my experience and let other people aware this issue.

For those who already doing bodybuilding over years, what would you do if u see newbie use gym machine/equipment mistakenly or very not effectively? Would u give him some advise or just ignore him?

From what i see in some gym, some muscle guys seem have their own circle in gym (all muscle one) and usually ignore those newbie or skinny one. What do u think with this?

Sometime newbie always gaze or look at other people doing weight training, i think somehow this mean that they wish to learn just afraid to be ignored or asked to get a personal trainer, and exepriecend guy seem never care them.
