How to transfer property ownership between family

Hello!

Something happened in my family and due to the financial situations we need to transfer the house ownership from my mother's name to my name/my sister's name.

I read in the other posts that it is possible to do so out of the transfer out of love and affection procedures, and would like to know in detail how this is done.

and also if it is possible to do so quickly without hiring a lawyer.

Also, how long would the procedure take?
