Hi all, recently plan to install internet network at my house. somewhere nearby Puchong Jaya Double Storey

But heard from my fren said that TIME is much more better than UNIFI??

So far I know Unifi is rm139 /month for 30Mbs, TIME is rm150/ month for 100Mbs (To be confirmed)

Any idea guys???

Wondering wanna put the money into semi-flexi housing loan account reduce principal or put FD with Affin 4.1%

1) my housing loan rate is BR+ 0.65% = 4.17%

2) Affin FD offer is 3.78% for 20% portfolio + 4.1% for 80% of portfolio

Hi, I just bought a 2nd hand house and looking for reliable contractor.

My house located at Puchong Jaya, Jalan Belatuk

It is landed double storey intermediate unit, size is about 15x55

Things to reno : 1) brick the GOD desk for both outside & inside house
2) paint the whole house both interior and exterior
3) upstairs all bedroom's ceiling to repair (the gap btw is quite obvious)
4) install more electric sockets
5) check wiring and reset all if necessary
