i notice there are people who prefer renting over buying where they would rent the same property for 5 years and above, is any of you doing that and why?

(disclaimer: i'm just trying to find out why some people choose to rent instead of buy, am not inclined to take side)

Booking ETS tickets online

Hi,

Am travelling to Penang next month and thought of taking ETS - save me the hassle to go to the airport and I get to enjoy some countryside views. The last time I took the intercity KTM I bought my tickets straight from the counter but I wanna do it online this time.

I've heard that the e-ticket system on KTMB's site is rather unstable. Any comment(s) on that? Feel free to recommend me other (secure) websites to book my ETS tickets too.

What license do we need for short-term rental?

Hi, looking to earn some extra bucks with my condo by short-term rental (like Airbnb). But there's the issue of licensing and complying to safety requirements. Anyone know how to do this legally and what kind of license that I need to apply for short-term rental? Really don't wanna have authorities knocking on my door and issuing me summons.
