Employer change terms of employement

I have worked for a few companies and each for a few years, this is the first time I encounter this.

My current employer suddenly ask all the employee to sign a sheet of paper that requires all employees to comply with a new anti trust policy in the company. If found guilty will be immediate termination. Secondly there is a note that state that your employment benefits may be revised or revoked from time to time as the company see fit.

My existing employment contract with this company state that 1 month notice period for termination if found guilty of dishonesty. So this will be changed to immediate termination.

My questions in my head are:
1) Who is going to judge you committed anti trust? Ultimately will be the company judgement. What if the company use this to terminate employees without paying compensation?
2) Any of you encounter this before? Employer suddenly ask to sign additional document of employment?
3) Is it legal to do so in Malaysia? I don't know the consequences of not signing it yet.

If the upper floor is leaking water to level below, is the repair 100% borne by the owner above or on sharing basis?

Strata Title Out

Hi all,

I received notification that my unit strata title is ready to be transferred(Selangor Property), then lawyer also mentioned that the approval from gomen is valid only for 2 years.
1) The question is do we really need to be quick to transfer it?
2) How long usually is the process to issue strata title once the government already approved like this case?
3) What if i plan to sell it later this year, How long the new buyer need to apply for his/her strata title then?
