Need suggestions on my PC build

This is my first time building a PC , so I don't have any experience on selecting components.

Budget
I have a RM3.1k budget to build a PC

Purpose
I will be using the computer just for gaming only.

Hardwares that will be reused
None.

Monitor resolution
1080p

Games & softwares that use frequently
PUBG , CS:GO , MHW , FF15 , APEX , R6

I wanted to play some latest games, but my specs are way to old.
So, I wanted to upgrade my specs One By One
My old specs
CPU : Intel i3-530 2.93Ghz
CPU Cooler : Stock Fan
MOBO : Gigabyte GA-H55M-USB3
GPU : None
HDD : WD Blue 500GB
RAM : 2GB DDR3 1333Mhz
PSU : AVF APS650 F12B v2.2 max combined watt : 631W
Case : Powerlogic Utopia Lhasa

I find some budget specs that might suit my budget
My Upgrade list
CPU : Intel Pentium Processor G4560 (3M Cache, 3.50 GHz)
I think this CPU is suit for my budget and i think it won't bottleneck my GPU

GPU : Zotac GTX 1050 Low Profile
The latest graphic card with such budget price , i think it can handle games such as The Crew , GTA V etc

MOBO : GIGABYTE H110M-WW
I don't need to overclock my CPU or SLI my graphics card , and it is cheap :thumbsup:

RAM : Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB DDR4 2400Mhz CL15 Desktop Ram
*I'm trying to find RM100 below RAM , but cannot find one (No need decorations type also can)*
I currently running 32-bit Windows 10 , so 4GB is enough for me

Things that i wanted to continue use
HDD : WD Blue 500GB
I bought this HDD half year ago , with my OS inside. So, I want to keep it

PSU : AVF APS650 F12B v2.2
Cables attached PSU. Yep , this PSU is also bought half year ago , i think it can handle my specs with ease

Case : Powerlogic Utopia Lhasa
I don't seem it is a must to buy a new case to place all the specs inside , later i will measure the length and width of it

So , can you guys give me some idea to upgrade which first or change the hardware?
I don't want my PC get outdated so fast ,and spend more money to replace it.

I recently got a PC from my relatives

The built in GPU is too low end that i can't play any games
So i wanted to add a GC inside the mobo

Specs:
Motherboard : GA-H55M-USB3 (rev. 2.0)
CPU : Intel i3 - 530
RAM : 2Gigs ( Will add later bought a GC )

So , i am considering some GC ( I'm having a low budget )
R7 250x
R7 250
R7 240

I just have few questions,
1. Why Sapphire GC support up to DX12 , others just 11.2?
2. Will GC accept my motherboard?
3. Where can i find any shops that sell GC ? ( Johor Bahru Area )
