Agent found my house, made agreement kaw tim already. Deal is 2+1. Since this month he&#39;s moving in half month so its 2 + 0.5 lah. House rental is Rm1.2k, so 2+ 0.5 = RM3k So after discussing with agent and agree already...so on lah.<br /><br /><br />Then tenant ask the agent to request for me to let him put his stuff in the house early, he will pay RM2k up front...then later when move in on 10th May, he will pay up remaining RM1k. I agreed so he pay me with check, RM2k up front. Gave him the keys, and the check came through, thank God. I also told him up front that last week weekend i will have to do one last packing and moving my remaining stuff out of the house. he said ok so ok lah.<br /><br />SO last weekend I went to the house, found out his younger brother already staying there earlier than as agreed, nevermind I close one eye. <br /><br /><br />The agreement is, he will pay the remaining on the 10th. I&#39;ve been calling him these past few days to bank in the remaining money because even the deposit is not given in full yet. Until today still no bank in.<br /><br /><br />My question is, memang gelagat orang sewa rumah macam ini ka??
