MRT noise annonying create health/mentality issue?

Now, in Klang Valley as too many Condo developed, very near to MRT station/track for convenience purpose.
But If you have condo and living too near to MRT track, also become a healthy issue as MRT create noise annoying especially at night time ( become sleepless night). Also sometimes You can also feel the vibration when the train passes by. My 2 cents
So with this kind situation/environment indirectly can create health/mentality issue ? also will this kind of condo value will be dropped?
