My Internet pass validity reduced to 6 days.

Hi there.
I bought today another internet pass for 7 days for RM5, but my previous pass for 5 days wasn't yet finish. Previous one supposed to be finished at 19:57:57.
I've got an SMS saying that my internet pass will expire tomorrow (09-04-2018). Also I've checked my internet passed status is also same.

Update: I've talked to customer service already and they said that SMS is for previous plan. Sorry for wrong alert.

Hi,
I bought 150MB for 7 days internet plan this morning. My balance was debited for RM5 but I didn't get any confirmation message. Also I can't find any information about the plan I bought in *100#. Why?

Can you please advice on this matter.

Let's say currently I'm studying @ University A (year 1) and I would like to University B. Where should I start from? What is the procedure? What would happen to my balance @ Uni A? Am I required to re-new my student pass? Is it possible for me to continue my studies from year 2 @ Uni B since I have already finished year 1 @ Uni A?
