Hello all,

Unker is trying to move out of the "tangkai jering" mindset, old jor, so want to drive luxury car. Unker's specs is as follows

1. Unker still got farm to tend to
2. Unker drive about 500 - 800 km per month
3. Unker got visitors from overseas once a month

So unker short listed a few cars as follows

1. volvo xc90 - spanking new (unker having second thoughts now since there are a few unker jokes LOL)
2. Benz GLE - spanking new
3. Porsche cayenne - ckd at 2023

Since /k average pay is 25k, any idea unker should choose which one?, got a few factors unker dun quite get it lar

1. comfort but PITA to maintain
2. not comfort but easy to maintain (luxury vs luxury car lar, dun compare against myvi)

/k is not my blog, just hoping to see if the idea of not aligning to China or USA within /k

In the 80s during the cold war, ASEAN created NAM, Non Aligned Movement, as a stand to consolidate our commitment of not be siding USA or USSR then. We had more dialogues that focus on regional growth then.

For now, the global power competition is very obvious China vs USA.

China with her 9 dash line claim. Have a good track record of creating debt traps (you ain't careful, you are dead), and her GREY zone attacks via coast guard ships instead of Navy ships.

USA with her desperate cling to hegemony and "NON PEER" policy. Historically USA have f-uped German, Japan and USSR, and have no hesitation to destabilize region.

NAM 2 is very much in need to prevent "campur tangan kuasa asing", historicaly speaking, any form of foreign "campur tangan" have never yielded positive results from Portoguese, Dutch, British and Japan era, except for "tali barut".

With the nation working hard to recover from Covid 19 and bad decisions concerning Covid 19, more Western waships in the region vying to re-inforce their power is definitely not a solution.

Good morning people, I have a question to ask

Consider the following situation

1 - I have a ready buyer and a ready seller for premium surgical mask

2 - Stock is from Korea

Question:

1 - Upon arriving in Msia - is there any temporary warehouse I can store the products?

2 - While in warehouse - is there any integrated services that I can subscribe to handle packing and delivery? (it is for supermarket chain -> direct into their DC)

Stupid cousin that works in Malaysia but his job requires him to talk to ppl on the phone with ppl from Shanghai, everyday putar the lidah to try to talk like Shanghai ppl, but after 5 minutes of talking, automatically reverted to normal M'sian way of talking.

Hired an executive that graduated from Canada, everyday speak Engerish like a Mat Salleh slang, but later speak Hokkien like a Klang person.

Aidoi!!, nowadays, it is getting more common to put up fake accent, must be a bad case of poor self esteem.

Looking at suicidal ppl, I also feel suicidal, it takes a lot to counsel a person.

But something to share with /k, if it works that will be great, if /k feel like ridiculing that's also OK (just like my sig).

How to ID suicidal person
1 - Having problem (more like depression), then suddenly felt like problem is gone (this is critical, because suicide will seems like a solution for them)
2 - Start giving away things (nothing really matters anymore)
3 - Suddenly have the energy (or look like having the energy) - coz already given up and everything does not really matters anymore
4 - OUt of sudden, un contactable (in the process of suiciding)

Many cases only start at item 1 and end in item 1

Be very mindful when a trobled person start to be really generous.
