am a fresh graduate (civil engineering) currently works in a top company in malaysia (property developer). I've been working there for 3 months (I guess am not a fresh graduate no more ) and 5 days ago I got an offer from someone who i know, to open my own business in KL, become a contractor.

Actually, that guy wanted to use my degree to get the license to open the business and in return I'll be a shareholder and maybe a director or a project manager of that NEW company . Soooo confused right now coz I don't have any experience dealing with clients. They told me that they will send me to training and I'll be working with other civil engineers in that company.
