Need opinion on repaying loan

Hi, I need your opinion on how much should I pay per month for my RM21,809.64 loan and every month it will increase by RM17.61.

Currently I m only earning minimum wages RM1500 per month, after cut EPF SOCSO EIS should be around RM1300+. My fixed cost is internet bill which is RM136.74, top up RM30 and RM20 for petrol. I m living with my family, they provide me stay and food but I will standby whenever they need me financially.

I m planning to make some small investment if possible but not yet have any idea where and how much the money should go.

Also, I m planning to take some professional course in the future so I can earn better.

Is it good to become an Insurance Agent?

Any experienced or currently an insurance agent. Is better for me to become an insurance agent or get a sijil kemahiran malaysia(SKM) from some college to good at something then pursue part time diploma/degree?

Every day no matter what time is it, the fellow is there the sound will come. DONG DONG DONG. Either he banging the floor or the wall. Already communicate with them no much changes. Also, they always talk and laugh loudly after 12am. What can I do about this? Police or the District Council?

Also, they left 2 bottle of minyak hitam in front of their house for months, they change their motorcycle minyak hitam months ago and never dispose. One is proper seal one is left open. Is this wrongdoing, who can I refer to?

Update: Thx you for ranting me, I m happy to see you wasting your time to rant me. I love it. About the bill stuff, from FB TNB, they admit is their system wrong but they cant adjust the bill and will rebating back next month. Is small amount but imagine like RM100 and above penalty, would you pay?

I need a SIM replacement for my new phone as technology advance, micro SIM is no longer usable for new phone. I went to the shop and ask about it. They told me it would cost RM15 include RM5 top up. Is this true?

The SIM does support 4G but is micro in size. If cut my own takut damage the SIM or size not fit. I still got RM195 credit. Any suggestion?

Community college vs college vs university

I have all credit and 1A for spm. I m not really bad at study but lazy. Interested to study in IT relevant area.

In dilemma of choosing a place to start off. College and university is the one that I heard of most often but my mom give me another option, community college that I not even heard about.

She really hope me to go there as she heard there is free accommodation, cheaper fees, nearby my hometown and higher chance to work in government sector after graduate. Any insight?
