New Tv flickering issue

Hey guys, just got my Sony X9000h few hours ago and the display started to have a lot of flickering issues. Then I tried to remove all hdmi cables and power plug.

After a few mins, I plugged all cables back and it back to normal. After running the Netflix for around 10mins, the flickering issue is back again... I did a factory reset right after but the flickering doesn’t go away this time.

Was intended to contact Sony customer service but sadly they are not operating on weekend. Meanwhile, I’ve contacted the seller but no reply from him yet. Any pioneer here has a better advise that can fix such problem?

Advices needed on slanted entrance.

Hi Guys,

I am eyeing on a single storey house but desperately need some advices here. Personally I’m very happy with the whole package of the house and the price is acceptable except it has a slanted entrance. Ive attached the view from inside the house at below.

I was stopped by some of my elderly relatives to purchase the house as they mentioned such entrance will cause a lot of headaches in term of water drainage problems & not good from feng shui perspective. And most of the solutions they know is pretty expensive to modify it.(my reno budget is only 100k max out)

Therefore, I need some advices here to find out whether is there any affordable ways to modify the current slanted entrance or is this slanted entrance that bad till need to be modify? Or would just recommend me to forget about the deal and start searching for other options like what I’ve been told by my relatives?

Concrete cast bench in dining area

Im planning to add a Length 2500mm x Width 500mm x Thickness 8mm concrete bench(like some references below) in my future house at dining area.

Saw a lot of DIY video in youtube but I dont think my stupid hand can handle those works

I noticed most of these benches does not cast a support underneath, wondering can it last long(talking about 10-15years) after handle weights for some time being. Any sifu here has any experience to share? Or is there any recommended contractor that can handle such small casting work? How much does it cost per sqft run?
