Recommended Smart door lock

I'm looking for smart dock lock. One for metal grille(should be cheaper) and one for wooden door(can be more expensive than metal grille lock). Total budget for 2 locks should less than 2k. Preferably using combined passcode and RFID card. So far, only considering Yale and Samsung. But there are so many models to choose. Any recommendation? Which shop is good and reliable? Thanks.

Is DPC old Nadia condo worth to buy? I'm
considering this because to the KEPONG 3 School and Secondary school, the environment is also good. Drawback is an old condo and high price tag. I can get a much newer unit with the same price. Feel free to suggest alternative if Nadia is not a good buy.
I think the criteria is should be close to "ok" government school. Not afford to send to international school. Budget id around 1.1m.

Are you willing to pay 870k for an old Nadia Condo? 3 rooms, 1 car park and 1174sft. Feel like kinda not worth with that money. Any comments?
