I finally found a solution&#33; So I thought I would share the same with this forum in hopes it could help other people who are experiencing the same problem.<br /><br />I&#39;m posting this because most of the articles I read either assume that your router has a Maxis configuration without getting into the details of what that configuration is. In my case, the router did not have a Maxis Fibre configuration script, so I had to manually enter the IPTV settings. (on a side note: these settings might work for other routers as well)<br /><br />Please make sure you have your Maxis Fibre internet username and password before trying to connect the router (you can obtain this by calling Maxis)<br /><br />Installation steps specific to TP-Link Archer C2600<br />1. Login to your router&#39;s admin panel<br /><br />2. Click on Advanced &gt; Network &gt; IPTV<br /> Click on the &#39;Enable IPTV&#39; checkbox<br /> Input these custom settings:<br /> Internet VLAN ID: 11 | Priority: 1<br /> IP-Phone VLAN ID: 400 | Priority: 2<br /> IPTV VLAN ID: 17 | Priority: 3<br /> Click Save<br /><br />3.
