Hi all,

Lately im hunting property at Kajang area so I want to ask if anyone stay in below area? If yes, can I know if those area are the one that affected during last year banjir?

- Taman Bukit Mewah
- Taman Jelok Indah
- Taman Pasir Emas, Sg Chua
- Taman Rakan

Appreciate your help in advance and welcome any recommended landed property area as well ^^

hi all,

got headhunter called for job and attended the virtual interview, however I'm a bit hold back due to the company business is about online g*mbling...they are hiring for content writer & translator

attend the interview cz the headhunter said it involves the sector mentioned but they didn't know is a full business focus in that industry.

compared to current job, the pros below:
- 14AL, now only 12 days & earn by mth (no flexibility)
- have dental & vision claim
-nearer distance to commute, office in MV (current office in Puchong and I stay in cheras)
- claim for Internet,equipment due to wfh

cons:
- online g*mbling industry
- to market into msia segment
- more write up (current role, only plan and oversee because have teammate to settle write up and design)

hello guys, ayam currently under probation of a job, nx mth is end of probation and most probably will pass

current company
- colleagues all fine
- only boss always last minute change and request
- always get new task so involve with marketing, edm, social media, content etc (everything work alone A-Z)
- benefit so so and work 0.5 half day on sat

new company that approached today
- one of the largest e-comm
- position & role is similar with what I had been doing for past years
- mon to fri job but peak period need work based on shift & be on standby at mid night (will have a team)
- to work with various department

today ayam got approached by another company for a position that they are hiring so want some advice.
1) the new co ask me if I'm open for buyout so I say yes, does it mean even if my current boss not agree, they can't get me out from the company?
2) if im a work life balance person, shall I reject the new co offer altho they are one of the company that I once want to join
3) if im to stay, shall I nego with my boss for the 0.5 days work altho prev he said will consider for 1 hour daily replacement

hello all,

started my new job 2 mths ago, soon probation will end and convert to permanent employee
worked in f&b company, whn first joined, working days is 5.5 and 12 AL(earn per month, not given flexibility for a year)
ayam kind of feel meh to work on weekend tbh altho flexible to adjust like alternative week

boss opinion about my proposal of 0.5 weekend work (I propose my working hours 9-7 instead of 9-6)
- he will monitor if it is doable during my probation period
- he is actually fine with it
- however he said to be fair with other staffs, if he makes the way for me thn all colleagues working hours have to be adjusted (feel like he put me in bad situation lol)

let's say he can't let me work 9-7, what other plan can I propose?

3 new home projects by SPNB to help b40...location in KL, Sabah and Terengganu
although will take few years to complete but b40 now still looking to buy home?
thought now many shift to rent due to financial? few unit nearby my area alrd got new tenant move in
is a good way to encourage young adult to purchase tho...hopefully property market will be on track soon

hey k, based on your experience of usage which is the best?
take into consideration of speed, coverage, stability and all, which one works the best for you
feel free to share reason

mine is digi works the best somehow surprisingly as in stable coverage and rarely has any issue
have second line of yoodo for work purpose, also working fine just sometimes the speed drop lil

is realme narzo 20 pro gooding?
saw some say that the fast charge is really pleasant and within short time can charge up to 50%
eg from 65 to 100% in 15mins

been bored with major phone brand so thought to try stg different, or if u guys have any recommendation feel free to drop
looking at smooth scrolling, huge batt and fast charge, camera average is ok
