Laptop stuck/laggy(micro stuttering)

Hello all.

Proud owner of Illegear Z5 for 4 years now, what a workhorse it have been.

So im starting having this laggy issues around last year. Whenever i startup the laptop it will become laggy for 5-10minutes. am talking about cursor lagging, opening files lagging. This happened eventho the laptop is completely idle. CPU usage : 0%, physical memory usage : 22%

Things i done :

1. Uninstalled unnecessary softwares
2. Removed unnecessary startup program

3. Antivirus(MSE) + Malwarebytes scans
4. HDDscan S.M.A.R.T

Im pondering to re-format the laptop but as a last resort

Laptop spec :

Illegear Z5
Intel i7-4720HQ
8GB RAM
NVIDIA GEFOrce GTX 970M
64bit Windows 7Ultimate

Edit 1 : FYI,the problem happened 5/10 times when i reboot/start and it lasted around 5-10 minutes, after that the laptop is smooth.
Edit 2 : Updated Antivirus software name and laptop spec.
Edit 3 : Hddscan S.M.A.R.T results.

Updates
1. Replaces thermal paste (cooler master mastergel pro) and cleaned up dust on fans and vents.Noticed slight improvement (less jerk/lag).
2. Core Temp shows idling CPU temp around 43c.
3. Currently undergoing Windows 10 Upgrade.
4. Windows 10 upgrade from windows 7 done.the lag is till there!!
5. Finally found the technical term for my issue : HIGH DPC LATENCY (Micro-Stuttering)
6. Checked Power management setting. Blasted all setting to 100% and high performance (to avoid PC going to save power by reducing device performance).
7. Installed LatencyMon. Found NDIS.sys (Network Driver Interface Specification) causing highest latency hence the jerking motion (stuttering).
8. Re-install WLAN driver, experimenting from latest driver to older driver until latency lessen. Yay! now DPC >500us.
9. Disable windows 10 auto driver update to avoid WLAN driver get updated.
10. Currently monitoring my laptop since 28/5/2018 no more latency! yay!
