Outrageous aircond fixing price

Sometimes ago, my Daikin 2.5HP aircond suddenly broken. When I start it, it goes beep for a while and then shut it down itself. So I decided to find a technician to help me check what’s the problem.

Before he come he told us to do the self diagnose thing, the one where you do a few gimmick on the controller then it tells you which part of the aircond is broken.

So the result was that it says something about circuit board problem. Then the guy come and check the aircond and say the same thing, say main board or pcb broken need to replace.

Then the outrageous thing happen, he say he need to buy the part from his supplier, then tell me the price RM1600. The repairman even say it is a base price and send me a picture of the conversation he had with his supplier to tell me it is actually RM1600.

Later I go some shop that sell aircond part and ask, they say got the board for the same model but only for RM250.

Anyone know am I getting scam? Or it is actually RM1600

Phone SMS bill

Hi , first of all this is what i am using

Iphone 5S (most updated)
RedONE plane RM30

Okay , so this is my problem , my phone's sms bill have been weirdly increasing even though i did not send any SMS for the past few month .
At first i thought it might be my mistake that i accidently replied to some random advertisement SMS . So i did a reset on my phone just to clean those mail off.
I thought that the problem will be solve because i do not reply to any of those mail , but it still constantly charging the price .

I go to the invoice and check the bill breakdown , and found out that my number have send tons of OffNet SMS , like 100 of them and sometimes went up to 200++
Each of the SMS charge me RM0.10 which result in a RM10-20 extra each month .

I've become frustrated and call the RedONE support line , the result is that they say maybe is the SIM Card problem or my phone problem .
I once again erase all content and reset it , update the phone and change the SIM card . After all this hassle , the charging stopped for few days and i am happy because this problem has finally ended , or so i thought , today it's charging again .

I've read that the Offnet sms is where you send SMS to another service provider that is different to my service provider , my phone do not have a slight record of i send any SMS to anyone .

Anyone encounter this problem before and might give a lending hand .

I am not really active on the forum and just for the sake of this , i've come to here.

I dont have much knowledge about how to pick part within the budget above (RM3500 - RM4000)
Can anyone suggest me the rest of the part.....
I know how to pick a few important part but i dont know which manufacture should i choose also..
So.......

I want at least
1.GTX960 GPU (Expecting RM1k)
2.1TB HHD
3.No need SSD
4.Intel I5 2.7-3.5Ghz (Expecting RM800)
5.I dont know how to choose cooler
6.I dont intend to spend too much money on a casing , its a casing after all
7.I dont need a window since i have one from the old computer
8.2x4GB Ram , idk which manufacture also
9.Idk which motherboard should pick , 0 knowledge about it , i want a buildt in sound card and wireless wifi one (Expecting RM750+)
10.Same goes to PSU since idk how much W it will take up

Thats pretty much about it , anyone can suggest me a build with requirement as same as up there .
