Hey guys i'm building a high-end 4K desktop gaming that cost at about $1600 or $1800 (RM 6000+ or RM7000+).So I spend hours of searching for the strongest CPU out there but all I find is Intel i7 5820K 3.5Ghz,which is 5th gen,Haswell-E with 6 cores and 12 threads is the best choice for high end gaming.
But Intel 6700K 4.2Ghz which is the 6th gen,and the latest Skylake chipset with 4 cores and 8 thread. Then I found this AMD chipset, has the fastest one I've ever found in my search party.
It's call AMD FX 9590 which has 5.0 Ghz,8 cores and 8 threads. Soo i'm confuse here. Should I get the 5th gen with 3.5Ghz,6th gen with 4.2Ghz or the fastest one like AMD FX 9590 with 5.0 Ghz? What you guys think? hope you guys help me out here.

RIG
Motherboard: (Cant decided because of the CPU) You guys recommend it
GPU:Sapphire NITRO R9 390X 8GB DDR5 CrossfireX
RAM:Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB DDR4
Case:Be Quiet! Silent Base 800
Power supply:Corsair RM 850x Gold Certified 850 watts
DVD Drive:Asus DVD 24x drive
Storage:Samsung Evo 850 1TB
