Modenas kriss repair inquiry

hHi everyone, just bought a secondhand modenas kriss from a private seller, the seller give me a discount bcuz the bike have some minor problem, i list it below:

1) The switch for the signal, all the bulb is working well, just the switch for left side, hard to get the click for light up the left signal.

2) The speedometer, just the sppedometer only failed to functioning, the others meter works like normal.

3) The electric starter, the starter hard to get the engin to startup, but the seller tested infront if me, it works very well. Then after i take it back to home for another test, it can't start the engin. Some ppl said it was battery problem, but im not so sure.

4) The seat, the seat cover teared, juz want to ask what is the pricing for changing the whole seat or juz the pvc cover only.

Hope to get some comment for the problem above, cuz now only i bought my first motorcycle since i get my motorcycle license and im not so familiar with motorcycle parts.
