Dilemma in selection of course.

I am planning to enroll myself for Cambridge A-Levels programme, taking 4 subjects (Physics, Economics, Mathematics, Further Mathematics). I am planning to pursue Computer Science/Engineering, but, I am afraid that taking such a stressful course will stop myself from progressing in programming during the course's duration.

Should I opt for a less stressful course instead to ensure that I have time for programming because it is almost impossible to balance studies + extracurricular activities + programming + time for family and friends?

CIE A-Levels at HELP/ Sunway

Hello, I am planning to enroll for CIE A-Levels July 2016 intake. However, I have not made up my mind on which is my college of choice. I am still unsure which college (Sunway/HELP) is better in terms of:

a) Quality of lecturers
b) Environment
c) Accomodation
d) Facilities

For the programme, I am planning to take Economics, Physics, Mathematics and Further Mathematics.
It would be a great help to receive some advice from current CIE A-Levels student from any of the two colleges. ^^

Thanks.

Update: I prefer smaller classes compared to bigger ones.
