Post Laser and Needling Treatment at Dr. Ko

Hi, not sure if anyone can advise me or if they went through the same treatment before.

I just had skin laser and needling done yesterday at Dr. Ko to treat my enlarged pores. After the treatment, they (or rather the lady at the counter) gave me their Dermacare Intense Repair Serum and also Isotretinoin (to control oil production). They asked me to apply only the serum after cleansing my face (no toner no moisturiser) for one week and thereafter with toner and moisturiser. Because the serum comes in a capsule form so they advised me to just use half of it each time (ie: half capsule in the morning and other half at night since it is quite oily). I applied it last night and this morning but my skin still feels super dry (especially on my cheeks and corners of my nose) but since they advised to only put the serum on with no toner and moisturiser, i'm just thinking if i should just go against what they say and just slap on some moisturiser on because i'm afraid that my skin will just turn into a dry sahara desert and make the healing process even worse if i don't moisturise it.

Has anyone gone to Dr. Ko and also got the same advise? How was it for you guys? Or did they advised you differently?

Items held by customs

Hi guys,

I am hoping someone could help me on this. I have ordered some items (2 pieces of clothes to be specific) from Singapore and according to the tracking site, it says that my items has been held by customs for 3-4 days now.

When it means held by customs, does it mean that it is confirmed that i would have to collect my parcel from the customs? Or do they mean that it is still under checking and if everything is ok, it will be cleared for delivery?
And also am i able to drop by the customs office to collect the parcel even without receiving any notice from them? Since my tracking site already mentioned that it is being held by customs.
