Why are there more and more HR jobs?

What pisses me off lately is seeing job listing websites such as JobStreet.com and LinkedIn.com are filled with an ever-increasing number of HR job positions. This world needs for more engineers, scientists, and those who can contribute to the betterment of humanity. As far as I know, HR only knows how to act like trolls, hire the wrong people, and kick out the right people ... They're the worst!

Why do I say this? Simple. Here are my personal 10 reasons ...

1. They drop you an interview invitation without a phone call.
2. They don't know how to interview properly. Asking personal questions instead of those related to the job scope.
3. They can't give you any reason why you aren't shortlisted. Most probably they only know nuts ...
4. They are the greatest liars, telling you that you'll be contacted in the future when a suitable position is available. Yeah right ...
5. They always get away easily when the fault is theirs. No integrity whatsoever.
6. They will ask you to fill out an application form, which will eventually be useless after a year. Drop the application form altogether, and refer to the compiled resume ...
7. They will turn you down if they see your expected salary is high. They forgot that High Pay = High Productivity. If employees are paid peanuts, do expect monkey results.
8. They only want to hear what they like to hear from you. Constructive criticism/feedback is tossed out of the room.
9. They only want to see what they like to see from your resume. Perhaps, more boastful BS and achievements will capture their attention.
10. They will give you an opportunity that doesn't meet your expectations, so that they'll fulfill their quota. WTF!!

Here you have it. Get rid of HR positions, and replace them with engineers, inventors, scientists ...

Recent numerous calls from +1-404-566-3120

All throughout this week, I've been receiving calls from this number +1-404-566-3120.
I didn't answer it as I don't recognise it.
I even added in my auto-reject list to block out the call.

Does anyone know who or what this telephone number is?

Can I get a B2 license without owning a motorbike?

It's been many years since I had thought of getting my B2 license as I'm into Vespa scooters lately. However, I'm unsure how to go about it.

May I own a motorbike first in order to get the B2 license?
If so, what motorbikes are recommended? Will a Vespa do it?

Please advise. Thank you.

Syndicate Alert! Ezetech Trade Instruments

Just recently, I was conned by Ezetech Trade Instruments (not 100% sure if this company is ever genuine), which claims to be based in Porum, Oklahoma USA. I came across this company listing in Kuala-Lumpur.all.biz.

I ordered a musical instrument that I thought was reasonably priced for a second-hand value. After that, I made the payment via MoneyGram to the company's accountant in Porum, Oklahoma. Immediately, the correspondant told me to send it another accountant who was in Atlanta, Georgia. Thinking it was normal and sometimes unavoidable circumstance may happen, I had to get a refund for the first transaction and resend a new but of lesser amount (since I've to pay more for transaction fees). Payment was immediately received, and I felt everything was going fine.

Then the next day, the correspondant updated me that the instrument is waiting to be collected by Fedex. But later, to my surprise, he said I've to pay additional charges of USD 130 that wasn't told about initially. His excuse was that he only knew from management after receiving my payment. I thought it shouldn't a problem to pay for this hidden charges, but to my dismay I was instructed to make this payment to an individual in Nigeria. I questioned him why, and his answer was that USD 130 is too small, and unaccepted by the company in the USA. The only way is to send the money to their branch in Nigeria, where they'll then settle with Fedex USA from there. Where got make sense?

From there on, I realised the circumstance I'm in, and demanded an immediate refund. More excuses and irrational explanations came in, stating that refunds can only be made after the instrument has been shipped but it never arrived or got damaged during transit. That's ridiculous! Other excuses include they can't the pre-arranged shipment because it's been already paid for, management will not entertain customers who ordered less than USD 1k, and the correspondant will lose his job if he were to break the company policy, etc ... All complete bullshit!

Eventually he told me to arrange my own pickup, and so I asked for the order's reference ID. That too came back empty. Excuses, blames on me, and diverting from my questions were his best moves. No resolution whatsoever.

With that, I had officially lodged a complaint on USA's FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) about this. I also brought to MoneyGram's attention to immediately blacklist the list of individuals who are receiving payments for this global syndicate.

Follow Malaysians, brothers and sisters, you've been forewarned. Avoid Ezetech Trade Instruments.

Please share this information with others. Thank you.

Note: This alleged company is using this email account - tonyeletronicworld@gmail.com - so watch out!
