Unifi's FiberHome router LAN port speed is capped?

Wifi/Wired connections to TM's router is getting 300Mbps, but my second router is only receiving 100Mbps

My router's firmware is showing its receiving only 100 Mbps, tested on speedtest also same result

TM's router's firmware showing its sending 100 Mbps via LAN port

What do these findings indicate?

If I'm getting 300 Mbps directly to TM's router, it should also serves 300 Mbps to downstream routers connected via LAN port? It should work like this isnt it?
All cables are cat6 up, except I dont know whats inside my cat wall jack behind the walls
Went to TM's routers firmware and I couldnt find anything related to "speed"

If TM's router is indicating its sending 100 Mbps via LAN port, its safe to assume theres no faulty cable inside my walls right?

Asus XB27AQ Monitor Wake Issue?

I have XB273U as my primary monitor and two XG27AQ as side monitors
Both of my secondary monitors XG27AQ have the same exact issue, so I'm thinking it's related to software and not hardware
It seems like it struggled to startup, one of the monitors stucked at this screen for 20minutes before it fixed itself, another one would take more than that to correct itself.
Every boot up from a shutdown will have this wake issue

Anyone knows what this is about?
Talked to Asus's CS and they advised me to buy DP cable instead
I'm thinking its related to power supply

or is there a rule of thumb on how many % increment i should expect from my next contract job?

i do know the contract job is not contributing EPF but with such huge increment, would it outweigh every other factors(permanent benefits/dental/medical) as well?

[Grab] Banned as a passenger

This was happened on 24th October 2017.
Didn't even bother since there's an alternative app to use

The date was the day that I registered Grab and also the day that I got banned.

I have sent 3 tickets total and the second ticket I was informed that
"Your Grab passenger account will remain deactivated. Your booking history shows you have breached the Terms of Passenger Use and we have a responsibility to ensure our drivers receive genuine bookings to protect their livelihoods."

This doesn't make sense at all, I couldn't even get to login and I can't find a reason why I was banned instantly.
And the supports don't seem professional or know what they are doing, as I myself is 100% sure that I have not book anything or do anything beyond the login screen of the app.

Is there anything I can do if Grab are not willing to reactivate my account?
Or is there any Officer from Grab I can talk to on LYN?

I'm currently waiting response for my third ticket.

Hi everyone,

things happened, and I booted into recovery mode with a broken power button with the help of an app called Quick Boot

So without a power button, I cant select anything. After searching some threads on xdadevelopers, some suggested to use adb to restart the device but the problem now is my USB debugging is disabled.

My Windows and Ubuntu cant detect my note 2 in recovery mode, anymore suggestion before getting a power button part ?
