Was targeting IT manager job for higher income but all want IT related degree..
So I found a Job which is Sales Engineer, job scope listed as below.. Have to lead sales people.. if they die, mean I also die?

1) arranging and carrying out product training to sales team
2) meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
3) lead sales executives and sales representative on sales & technical
4) negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
5) searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services

Salary basic between RM4k+.
Fixed petrol allowance RM800
Fixed meal allowance RM300
Commission based on sales achieved quaterly
Handphone & Toll can be claimed by statement/receipt

Hi currently i am holding electrical and electronic engineering in diploma. My goal is to become senior IT manager or IT director. I have 9years of working experience and i plan to take part time degree course, im consider about computer systems and networks. Is this alright? I am not sure which degree course have better job opportunities and brighter future.. Below are few degree courses, should i pick one of those listed below instead of taking computer systems and networks?

Network and data communication
Telecomunication

My HR admin banyak bodo

I submit candidates application and resume to her and I informed her I want to hire that guy with Diploma cert for the Engineer post. She diedie also said cannot! She said that post need Degree holder, I was like!@#!@$#$%%^^&^!! I told her I want that guy with Diploma because he more capable after interviewed few of them. Those resumes and candidate was KIV 1month ago, which is for IT hiring previously. Now I want hire the guy, she said cannot, said must follow procedure! Diploma for Engineer post is common la, I'm not hiring PMR or SPM also.. This HR admin girl really making me headache.. I don't want repeat same mistake again because my dept now already got one degree holder banyak bodo one, no common sense, no technical knowledge at all after work for few years. What use if got degree but cannot work?

Keep dragging the time and few of their ex GFs actually left them previously and got married with other men..
Sometimes quite sad when listening to their stories during gathering time..
