I have been working as SEO Specialist for 1 year+. But all the projects that I have been working on are either too short to have the result. Or I have been working with a group of people so I can’t really claim the result as my own.

Taxi/ehailing booking for few months

The job’s requirements during application

Hello everyone. I have been working for a few years, and I want to have a career shift, so I will position myself as ‘fresh grad’ with no relevant experience. But when I am trying to apply for the new position in the job portal, there are always a few requirements that I didn’t meet, especially experience and education.

I don’t have any education or experience related to the field, but most of the time, diploma/degree related to the field or 1-2 years of experience is required despite being an entry position. It is very frustrating when I think I can handle the job, but I back off because I don’t meet the requirements stated.

I heard that those requirements listed are more like a wishlist, it is still acceptable if I didn’t meet 1 or 2 criteria, as long as I am competent in the job, is that true? Is it okay to just apply despite not having any education and experience in the related field? Is it true that some requirements listed are just bonus? Is the “Must posses at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant field” is a must when applying for the job?

I am confident with the job since I did self-study and utilize the skills that I have learned for my personal project, which does not count as formal education or experience.

Any HR person or sifu that can give me clarification on this matter? Any advice on career shift or anything related is also welcome. Thank you.

Looking for coworking space.
I am currently living in PJ, somewhere near Taman Paramount LRT station. Is there a good co-working place? I am dirt poor, can’t fork out too much money, RM 300 per month is my budget, if possible, free place...

My needs:
-A desk and chair
-Electric plug for charging laptop and stuffs
-Stable and string Wi-Fi connection
-Accessible via public transport

I have been going to Kuala Lumpur Library near Dataran Medeka for a few times. It is a great place and free, but I can’t bring any drink inside, which is kinda frustrating, and I can’t find any cheap and budget food nearby (which greatly increase my expense). I can make do with this, but I am looking for a better alternative if possible.

I am willing to make compromises here and there, since beggar can’t be chooser, and feel free to suggest me any other ideal as well, such as cafe or any other places like the library or any other solution. Thank you.

Logitech G102/G103 mouse alternative

Hi!

Do anyone know about any good alternative for Logitech G102/G103 mouse with similar pricing?

Brought a Logitech G102 mouse, after using for a few months, it started to have double clicking issue, shipped the mouse back to the seller for RMA, waiting for more than a month for the RMA to process, get a Logitech G103 as a replacement (I don't know about the difference for these 2), then after a few months, the double-clicking issue hit again...

I don't want to spend the money and send back to the seller, and wait for more than a month for the RMA again...I want to replace the switch myself but I don't really have the tool for it, so I plan to just get a new mouse that will at least last for few year before having any issue...

I love Logitech G102/103, it is light, the sensor is great, it is light, and I can change the DPI on the fly when I am working (the DPI that I usually use is 1500-2500 DPI), I don't use it for gaming, and I turn off the RGB all the time, so I don't really need any RGB.

So, does anyone have any recommendation for Logitech G102/G103 alternative that is good and won't suffer any double-clicking issue after a few months?

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to withdraw money from my Alipay account balance?

I am planning to offer my online freelance service to China citizen. But the only method that I can use to receive payment is using Alipay (due to certain restriction from the platform). And I can’t withdraw the money to local (Malaysia) bank account.

Alipay does not allow money withdrawal to Malaysia banks or any banks other than China banks (I tried foreign currency account but still didn’t work). Since I am working online as an individual freelancer, I am not present in China and does not have any working visa or any related document to allow me to apply for China bank account.

I did like to know is there a way for me to withdraw money from my Alipay account? Or is there any agent/person to offer such service? I did like to know what is the rate and how is the procedure. If this works well, I am planning to do this on long term basis.
