[b]Additional Info: 1.Black Leather Shell purchased at Brightstar Lazada, has "Assembled in China" wordings on the magnetic side, for anyone who minds that.
2.The phone stand will be removed from the Silver Oak before trade, since the hinge is loosy goosy now.
3.Marstak Flipcase is the only shell that 100% does not wiggle (if your style shells dont wiggle on your Moto Z, I suppose these shells won't.) Also, the internal side of flipcase may attract dust easier.

Item(s) conditions: Newly bought via AliExpress, cover is softer than original in touch and rigidity. Under normal lighting, colour is lighter purple, not the deep shades of purple like a brinjal or cadbury wraps. (...) Orange one is just orange and fits nicely and grippy too.

Reason for sale: Ordered what is known as cabernet on moto website, received purple instead.

Age of item: As of 25 May, 9 days since I received it.

Item(s) conditions: Front panel of phone is protected by a tempered glass protector. No cases. Some marks on the white back, visible only when illuminated at certain angles. All accessories have not been used because I charge using a normal USB cable and my laptop.

Picture: See attachments. On the top, there are two tiny marks, one near the corner, one near the white front panel (barely visible from picture)

Reason for sale: Wanting to change to another colour combo. (I know it's a bit*hy reason)

General pros from personal use:
IPS display is bright under direct sunlight
Moto actions are really great to use (read the link below for review)
Dual front facing speakers sound great when adjusted to louder volume.

General cons from personal use:
IPS display's viewing angle isn't as good as some other IPS displays like Iphone. (brightness decreases when viewed from wider angles)
Battery life may not be good enough for you. (5 hours of SOT for me with no SIM card at lower brightness)
Phone heats up pretty fast, especially with Malaysian hot weather.
This model has yet to receive Android Marshmallow 6.0.1.
It's a bit tough to eject the SIM tray. (After three times doing it, it felt much easier)

As the title indicates, assistance is needed here to fill up the application forms for SIRIM Permit. My English is still ok but facing the forms for the first time, I see many options that seem similar to one another, and certain terms I do not want to confuse myself with. I am applying for a single electronics item for personal use. Do I still need to fill in everything, because I feel like some entries are not relevant.

Consignor --- Seller?
ROC/ROB?
Agent --- Courier?
Permit category?
Declaration and Undertaking? (authorized representative, company stamp?)

etc. etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
