When i was in the room (same floor as the kitchen), my mom was pounding something in the kitchen. The pounding sound seriously sounds like it was coming from upstairs. (I am living in landed so there is no way the sound is truly coming from upstairs)

Those that stays in an apartment, if you hear a sound that sounds like coming from upstairs, it's most probably your side neighbour, NOT upstairs.

I realise one thing about malaysia. Since everything is race base, Dont the Melayus (rakyat) realise that they MAY get subpar product and services from this Melayus that get tongkat?
And they are okay with it?
If it is base on merit, they MAY get better products and services

Is it cause they haven't experience better product & services?

OR they cant see things in a bigger picture

If I was a Malay, I will fight for merit

Anyone has a recommendation of a website that i can download PDF versions of books for FREE

I dont buy them because i can hardly find books that i can finish reading

Most books that i buy is just in the bookshelf and i've not read it nor finished it

So my plan is, to find a website that can download PDF versions of books for free, read the first few chapters, and if i finish it, I may buy it for collections

I am planning to read more books this year

All they review about is the item received fast

Tat’s not what i want to know. I want to know eg

1. How effective is the product after weeks/ months of usage
2. How to use the product
3. Is the product good quality or not (some does it)

Hi all,

Ive been paying for my mortgage 4 years now. There is probably RM500k left.

Monthly i’ve been paying: RM 2,300
Rental collection: RM1,300

What i researched on is that, even if you pay partial to cover your total mortgage, interest would have already accrued and even if you pay more than your monthly mortgage, they will not minus from the interest. Interest is pretty much fixed.

Anyone can confirm this?
