Dear business owners & investors here,

I am doing a research for my department regarding the economic status now.

Do you think there will be a larger economic crisis than the start of cov19 era during year 2020? where KLCI was as low as 1.2k+.

If you think so, do you think as an investor, you should increase more of your cash holdings to anticipate for the crash? Will you liquidate most of your assets to anticipate for the crash?

Or do you believe that the bad times have passed, it is the recovery phase now, more economic sectors will open up, great time to invest in the stock market / crypto / property market since the prices are relatively lower than pre-Cov19.

Hi guys, I'm 22 this year, still a full-time student.

I make around RM2k on average last year 2019 from online sales platform, mainly FB & Insta.

I have zero commitment currently, and I'm looking forward to purchase a car that's around RM70k.

I would like to seek advice here how can I generate enough record to be eligible for this car loan?

I'm pretty sure I can afford the car as most expenses will be covered by my family, I just need to pay the installments.

Is there a fast way to get around this?

I have considered applying for credit card, mainly HLB essential visa / cimb cash rebate gold mastercard , but they both required 24k minimum annual income.

I do hit that figure but I don't have any income statement to prove it.

What should I do now so from now on my earnings from online will be able to apply for loan?

1) must go PLUS plaza toll , so far USJ , Seafield and Sungai Besi got offer free replacement for your expired card. If you go plaza toll tepi LDP, they will charge you RM20.

2) must be the owner of the card / register kat touch n go portal

3) kalau bukan owner, please prepare authorization letter

4) make sure your card is active otherwise please pay dormant fees

I ordered something online from the EU

I know I have to pay for import duty as the item exceeded CIF of RM500.

Hence, I've allocated 10% for the purpose.

But this bugger DHL Express did custom clearance on behalf of me without telling me NOR showing on the tracking page

Not only they want me to pay the 10%, but also 4% on top of it because they said it's their disbursement fees and it is stated clearly in T&C

I am more than happy to pay the import duty of 10%, but DHL wants to impose 4% of charges just because they do custom clearance themselves?

What a joke is this?

For other parcels I've ordered from overseas, normally on the Track & Trace page will update "Item detained on custom, please call bla bla" , then when we call, the customer service will ask whether you want us to clear for you or you clear yourself

Only this bugger DHL straight away clear for me without updating on the tracking page

This is no different than perompak
