Garage Sales problem

found out the garage sales sub forum are really a mess for these few years(you can check the post date when it started to post), some multiple posts purposely in different wrong section with the same kind of item selling, there even appear edproperties selling although there already had a sub forum for selling properties. some were posting a new post with the same sale each day just want to get the green color title.

So what's the point to have different sub forum and sections?

are there any MODs monitoring that sub forum?

Does anyone know is that true that w700i come with w800i software??
cos just bought a w700i that comes with w800i software, the seller told me that it's a new set and comes with w800i software. i doubt that the phone is a 2nd or recond.
