facebook page admin problem

hello everyone here,
for those who have create a facebook page. would you mind to tell me how to fix the problem where I wish to restrict access from non-fan.
long story in short, I need to amend the setting so that only fan can comment or like on my page.
It seems really easy for other page cause basically those page are functioned like that.
Just my page is getting weird. please help me out.

SHIFT key failed to work

I guess I've turned on/off some settings and causes this.Which is my SHIFT key unable to work.
But I pretty sure is not the sticky key has been activated.As I do check before.
And also,not hardware problem.cause the keys are malfunction in both..right and left SHIFT KEY.
Please help me.As it caused me a lot of troubles.
Any suggestion to fix this is much appreciated.

hi.it's me again.totally unable to open wmp(the very COMMON media player).so frustrated..haizz.and i tried to re-install it by download the installer.but too bad, the installer cant open also.
i posted my hijack here hope can help anyone who wish to help me to identify the problems.

internet/net speed extremely slow

hi everyone here.i'm here to seek for help again.basically i'm facing these problems:
internet/net speed too slow.
why? too obvious.last time my download speed can reach upon 100+KB/s. Now, cant even reach 20Kb/s (using thunder). Also, i faced my problem when i try to watch videos from PPstream.always DC.
So i wonder is it my router problem.but i tried using the same router with laptop and it can work normally.
And also i wonder is any infected virus or malware causes these. i tried to scan computer with Avast and malwarebyte-antimalware. but it doesnt make any better also.
ya. i have tried to defrag computer also. it also doesnt make any better.

Finally, i am here to seek for help.Please, if anyone know how to solve the problem. please save me!!

cannot play video file

after i installed the Super chain media.i think there is some error occur.because this resulting in all my player.i unable to open any video file.and i thought the problem will get solved if i installed cccp to correct all the codec.but it seems failed too.so..did i need to uninstall all the player(real alternative, wmp) and reinstall ? or any proper way to solve the problem..please help me....T.T

hey..everyone here..i am facing a problem that cannot update my anti-virus..AVG 7.5 free edition..it seems doesn't work when i checking for update and automatic download update file from internet or manually download from the website..it always popped out with a box 'update has not been finished because update files are corrupted.Perform the update once again. '..how can i solve it???is it my computer had infected virus??
