Investment: High rise vs landed double storey

I m not sure if i m doing it correctly but it seems that I cant find any high rise with 7% yield nowadays. If this is really the case, isn't it better to invest in landed as it can still command 2% yield plus better capital appreciation compared to high rise? I know those low cost can get 7% yield but i m not eligible. Any comments?

Hi all, may i ask if there is any value added or benefit if we appoint own lawyer when buying from developer? Although developer will bear the legal fee, that lawyer is actually acting for the developer and bank only.

EPF withdrawal and credit assessment

I note that we can make withdrawal from EPF monthly housing loan instalment. Will the bank consider this monthly withdrawal as an "ïncome" in the loan assessment or DSR? I am not referring to the flexible housing withdrawal where it only entails epf money set aside but actually no withdrawal per se.
