Robotic Vacuum

I have 3 cats at home now, as they are growing bigger and bigger, they shed lots of fur all around the house.

Normally I will use cordless vacuum to vacuum the entire house once a day (back from work). And now my cordless vacuum kaput already. So thinking of finding a replacement.

So one of the solution that I could think of is using robotic vacuum. Why?

1) It can start cleaning the house 1 hour before I reach home, better experience for me
2) allowing me to have more free time playing with the cats instead of cleaning.
3) Constantly keeping the floor fur-free/dust-free all day.
4) looks more canggih, of course.

Digging some old threads which way back in 2013. But not much info I could gain. I believe, there are more and more people using this robotic vacuum now. So would like to get your advice, whether I should go for one or just replace my cordless vaccum.

My budget is no more than RM 2.5k.Browsed Lazada, found the model that within my budget range.

1) iRobot Roomba 650
2) Samsung VR10F71UCCC
3) LG VR6270 Hom Bot

Which one is better in term of durability, maintenance etc.

hi all,

I am trying to figure out on how the MC of my apartment can optimize their monthly operational cost.

we have identified that lighting and swimming pool are the biggest electric consumer in our apartment.

what i have in my mind initially is changing the common areas lighting features from normal fluorescent to T5 tube.

however, upon reading, the T5 tube are more expensive than the fluorescent lamp. and certain opinion said that the lifespan of T5 is not long compared to fluorescent.

anyone have any experience on this or have done some study on the efficiency of T5 in reducing electric bills?
