Am looking at this particular eye drop called &#39;OGE Bio-Aquacel&#39; after being introduced to it by a friend and I see generally &#39;good&#39; reviews for it online. Apparently it is also approved by Ministry Of Health Malaysia. My main concern is of course, safety.. As my first thought was, is it really effective AND safe at the same time? Also it seems like it&#39;s from Malaysia..
