It involves hacking the floor in the bedroom.<br />As you can see in the pics attached, the floor is elevated by 10 cm in 3/4 of the bedroom. What we would like to do is hack the flooring and bring it to the<br />same level as the rest of the house. And even at the section where the floor is not elevated, you can see the flooring has got some cracks; so that<br />section also probably need to hack a bit and re-concrete/ cement it back. The goal is to make the entire room flooring smooth and equally levelled again.<br /><br />The room size in total is 330 sqft. <br /><br />Also, you can see there is an added elevation for the wardrobe by an additional 10 cm height.
