Floor Hacking Job

Hi Sifus!

We bought our first home earlier this year and plan to do our first small renovation soon. It involves hacking the floor in the bedroom.
As you can see in the pics attached, the floor is elevated by 10 cm in 3/4 of the bedroom. What we would like to do is hack the flooring and bring it to the
same level as the rest of the house. And even at the section where the floor is not elevated, you can see the flooring has got some cracks; so that
section also probably need to hack a bit and re-concrete/ cement it back. The goal is to make the entire room flooring smooth and equally levelled again.

The room size in total is 330 sqft.

Also, you can see there is an added elevation for the wardrobe by an additional 10 cm height. The wardrobe is not attached to anything therefore
can be moved out.

1) Based on your knowledge and expertise, how much would be a ballpark figure for such a job?
2) Do you have any recommended contractors for this job?

Eventually, we plan to apply self levelling grout to this room, the second room and the living room so make everything super smooth, then apply vinyl
tiles.

Thanks in advance for any advice ya!
