I found a Hp for RM109 but it use inkjet. My last printer as a Hp always ink dry and too costly to print.

Any other options ?

Some questions on making a Police Report

I have evidence that my lawyer(I sold a property) is holding my money and purposely slow down and delay the work in order not to pay me. I am afraid he is buying time to run away.
Can anyone tell me if I can make a police report just for record purpose and also to stop him from leaving the country but not for the police to take action immediately ?
I just wish to give him a little more time to pay me in case he has any financial difficulties but also need to protect my money.

Appreciate if you can let me know if your answer is just your personal opinion or it is correct by law.

If there are enough evidence that the vendor's lawyer collected the balance sum and did not notify the vendor,
never reply the vendor. They also created a few false documents to let the vendor think that they are corresponding with purchaser's lawyer.
When the vendor demanded the lawyer with threats to report to Council BAR and the police if they don't pay, the lawyer agreed to meet in his office but during the morning of the meeting day, the vendor received a strange e-mail with a message "WARNING , you are in danger, do not go to your lawyer's office".

Please advise. Anyone have such experience ?

If a vendor's lawyer collected the full settlement but lied to the client for months and also created false corresdence letters(supposedly sent to purchaser's lawyer), what will be his lightest and heaviest fine(from police or BAR Council)? Any difference for first time or second time offender ? All with evidence.
Should the vendor make a police report or just BAR Council ?
