Anyone facing this issue at work? I had very good relationship with colleagues when I was same level with them, all gathering, lunch and dinner also jio. After I management liao, the same ppl start treating me differently, and stop wanting to socialize with me.

Is this normal? It hurts mang. Humbly seek /k wisdom.

Edit: based on replies, macam normal. Can't believe I let this thing affect my mental health. Any advise on how to handle this? I got depression from this as I used to be the culture pillar and now become outcast.

Renewed via MYEG in June, paid d, then sent me email say picture got problem ask me go JPJ. I don't even know whether I need bring new picture or what, didn't specify at all.
Then go JPJ, but say closed. Reopens in Aug 1. Ok lo, then Aug 1 is sunday so I Aug 2 go. Reached d, showed him Email and PDF, the guard say not enough, need show transaction slip.

Ok lo, I go find back the transaction slip, then after few min, I showed him, then he tell me I cannot wear shorts go in.
Ok lo, I go back change then come back, then closed d.
Ok lo, I go back tmr, the line like mcb long till next lorong.
Ok lo, I go back the next day different time to avoid rush hour, still long like mcb.
Ok lo, I go back the 3rd day in morning, but line also long like sohai.
Ok lo, I plan next day the line how long also I will go queue like the rest of the sohem la. Then come out news say by appointment only.
Ok lo, I go call the JPJ branch that's closest to me, but cannot go through. Keep "This number cannot be reached now~"
Ok lo, I go call other JPJ branches in KL, some keep "This number cannot be reached now~". Some "Your call was not answered". One lagi best, purposely wait for the call to ring few times, then pickup and hangup the call. I tried multiple times, also same.
Ok lo, I go try Selangor, maybe can apply police letter to cross district for lesen renewal, but also same "This number cannot be reached now~"
Ok lo, I try Negeri Sembilan, and it ring until the end of time.
Ok lo, then I found out got google form to submit appointment, but all of the forms all closed because slots all full.

Applied on 11 Aug, via google form for JPJ appointment for 14 Aug morning in Negeri Sembilan. In the final page, say need to wait for email to confirm my appointment, and that if I wanna enter JPJ, need to show that email.

Ok lo, wait wait wait until 13 Aug today also no email. Tmr appointment d, langsung no proof of appointment, i can't even apply for interstate travel permit.
Ok lo, give up on Negeri Sembilan, I wait 12 Aug, as the KL google forms say 12 Aug will open for registration. Got a 6 KL google form, I think for sure got chance.
Ok lo, 12 Aug lai liao, I try Permaisuri, full.
Ok lo, try Sentul, full.
Ok lo, try Wangsa Maju, full.
Ok lo, try Pudu, full.
Ok lo, try keramat, full.
Ok lo, Manjalara, full.

Hi fellow fatty bom boms. Can u share your exp regarding your vaccination journey? Like which vaccine u took and what was your exp with it, or maybe you may know someone that fits this description.

I'm asking for my dad as he is 70+ and had a history of heart attack and high blood pressure. And he typical fat unker la. Was gonna bring him to do pre assessment at hospital but now cases sky high, so been putting that off.

Read too many conflicting articles regarding these vaccines, and it changes everyday. I don't even know which is true anymore.

So wanna get an idea from /k.

Hi guys. So I'm using TIME 500mbps package, default setup now in my 2 room condo which is like 700+ sqft only. In the living room where the router is situated is fine, but keep experiencing packet drops and very slow speed inconsistently in the master room till the point that it's almost unusable 80% of the time. And I'm moving to a 3 room condo soon somemore.. So what are some budget ways to provide good signal/speed for the whole condo? Sorry I'm a noob in networking. Appreciate your feedbacks!

Hi guys. So I've just purchased a waja cps and I am in the process of giving it the life it deserves compared to its previous owner who didnt even change its engine oil...

I've basically fixed all mechanical issues and now I'm moving onto accessories, which is where I need your help.

1. I noticed the prev owner changed 1 side of the projector hid to halogen.. can I know what's the size of the bulb? Is it H1 like MMC waja? It's an eye sore to look at. EDIT: I think it might be just the colour temperature is different.

2. Its currently using a dunlop d01 195/60/15. I think the original size was 195/55/15 so I'm thinking of changing it back to that size. Maybe going for michelin PS3. Is this a good choice? EDIT: My mistake, the original size is indeed 195/60/15, so I went with Michelin Primacy 4.

3. Driver headrest leather has ripped. Does anyone know where I can get it wrapped in the same original brown leather? Or a new headrest works too as long as it looks the same. I would not prefer to wrap the whole set of seats. My area is KL. Willing to go out of the state if it means I can get it done.

4. Coming from a 2003 waja, this cps waja is surprisingly jumpy. I initially it was because of the old tyres, but its still the same after changing to new tyres, high or low pressure. I've changed the absorbers as well but no effect at all. Is this the way its supposed to be for this car? Crossing rumble strips and pot holes is dreadful now.

Registering LLP & Sole Prop?

Hi. I want to get some insight from fellow experts here.

Currently I have a LLP, and the initial reason I set it up was to reduce the taxable income, but I seem to have confused myself a little. It seems that I should've registered a sole prop instead.
Since in the LLP agreement, we have to specify the partner salary, is it possible that if I create a sole prop, and the salary credited into my personal acc can be categorized as my sole prop income, thus making it deductible for business expense?
Or if not, could I just state 0 salary for me in the LLP agreement, and subcon to my sole prop, which allows me to deduct business expense?

It's been 3 hours and havent get to see dr's face pun. And it's emergency section somemore. Best part is at 7pm, there was a queue of 16 until my number. Then at 10pm, there's still a queue of 10. I'm guessing I'll be here until 1am at this rate... too bad paid RM60 already...

Fix old car or buy used/new car?

Hi all. Recently I find that my Waja 2003 (A) is not what it used to be. Throttle feel sluggish, front right drive shaft kong, rattling of center console + passenger side door + driver side door especially when accelerating, back armbar got ngek ngek sound, absorbers kong, engine oil leaking, gear box oil leaking, aircond not cold (suspect either condenser or cooling coil problem) and outside + wind noise super loud (mechanic say because my power window changed from plastic to metal one which the metal one does not have an additional block at the bottom to seal out outside noise?).

Last month, I fixed the front left drive shaft, changed timing belt, changed burst AC pipe, changed starter.

Is it still worth to fix it? Or just fix some of it and leave the rest as it is? Or is it time to move on and get another car, and if so, please recommend which car to purchase (C Segment and above, as I'm a big guy)

I've actually test driven the Myvi, x70, Civic, Accord, Camry

Myvi : too small, don't like how it handles, too plasticky for my liking
x70 : i like the suspension, the ride and the feel inside altho there's alot plastic as well (but it doesn't look cheap so its fine). but i still prefer the handling on my waja more than the x70 in either normal or sport mode. If I were to get this, probably going for Executive 2WD.
Civic : sporty, but I prefer a comfortable ride. and it's too low.
Accord : i kinda like it, feels like a manager when driving this (lol), but there's surprisingly alot of plastic for a sub 150k car. Not sure worth or not
Camry : ride very smooth, but the exterior i cannot la lol. and the price too steep.

What do you guys think?

Everyday keep hearing economy very bad, this and that, but 1 walk around shopping malls and you'll see stores selling expensive stuff jam packed with ppl. Easily spend RM30 to 40 for 1 meal per pax, e.g. Ippudo, Din Tai Fung, Hai Di Lao, etc. Then bubble tea shops selling RM15 per cup also packed. Some RM100 per pax buffet also full like 5 days per week. Hari hari see new expensive cars on road. Then got ppl keep buy condo in KL full loan until almost double the initial price.

This macam economy very good.
