I purchased something from PC store (online retailer) on 22 Oct, then after few days, they said the item wasn't in stock so I requested a refund. Then on 27th, I gave all my details for them to process my refund. But until now, I still haven't got back my money. I used UOB card.

The store isn't all helpful when I ask for updates so now I'm getting impatient. They said they're waiting for their finance department and waiting for the Bank Negara to process the chargeback to my card. So anybody know how long does it really take to process the refund?

TLDR:
Purchased stuff on 22th. Requested refund on 27th. Until now still processing refund.
How long does it take to process chargeback to card?
