I bought Sapphire Radeon X1650 PRO GDDR3 25bMB AGP last 3 weeks.

unfortunaly while I'm playing 3D games like NFS most wanted, carbon, battle for middle earth, CnC Generals & Zero Hour
after a few minutes (around 1~5 minutes) the monitor went blank
and displaying [Hz???] while the whole systems hang.
VPU recover failed to be triggered.
PC need to be turned off (power switch) and restarted.

Tried both with the box CD drivers and the latest drivers from ATi website
Mobo drivers, bios also already updated to the latest.

checked for heating problem, while playing 3D games it's increased from 56'C to 75'C, and maintains at 75'C. I think this is normal...

I have tried open the casing and use TABLE FAN for direct blow the motherboad and graphic cards but it also hang.

Also tried to run the 3d games with minimal details like, AA off, AF off, details set to low... but it also hangs.

The system is not OC'ed.

System spec:

P4 2.4GHz © HT, soc 478
MST PT8 Neo, ViA PT800 8237 chipset, 800FSB, AGP 8x, AC97 sound, LAN
Kingstone Value RAM 512MB DDR RAM DDR400 (2x slot 256 same model)
160GB Seagate SATA h/d
400W PSU (no brand)

Please, need solution urgently before next week soo I still eligible for 1 month 1:1 warranty. If I can find solution on my own... spent damn much $$$ on x1650 but finally can't perform well... hmm sad

Electric Power Leaked

back on 2004 i bought a new system,
2.4GHz P4, 512MB DDR RAM, MSI PT8 Neo mobo,
Radeon 9200 AGP8x, 80GB SATA HD.

I noticed somewhere on 2005 there were an electric current on the monitor screen surface and back outside the casing while the PC running.

if I touch the monitor with finger, I can feel some (small) electrical shock, soo far not very harmful. after that i never ever want dare to try to touch the monitor screen or the casing body while runnning.

As I still remember it happened after I moved into new house. (I think before that it was ok for a year). Handling perhaps?... or maybe another... can't figure out yet.

It wasn't giving a serios problem yet, my system quite stable normally, and nothing burned, but just feel afaraid of something unexpected.

This is actually personally installed system, anyone care to give some advice?

I'm planning into rewiring job and maybe some cable management to improve airflow, adding a few fan after upgrading into new Radeon x1650 pro which turned out hang immediately while playing 3D games. I also figured out that the new gfx card reached 70'C quickly after launching 3D apps.

---add---
monitor:CRT
even after switch to another brand (Samsung SyncMaster/Sony Trinitron) it still some electrical leakage.
