My situation

-develop system with local environment and staging environment
-no real data involve, all dummy data
-project almost finish
-5 developer involved
-government project subs to local IT company (my client)

suddenly my client requires all the developer involved to sign an NDA (something about Perakuan Akta Rahsia Rasmi, can penjara seumur hidup )

question
1. should I sign it?
2. what happen if I didn't sign it?
3. is this normal dealing with government project?
4. any experience (from ownself, friends or college) getting blamed for breaching the NDA?

just got offer letter from a company, need some explanations on "notice of termination" sections.

contract : 2 years
probation : 3 months

does it mean if i resign the company within my probation period, i have to pay full salary amount for the remaining months of probation?
