if Jln Puchong condo fully occupied?

Hi guys,

I am recently eyeing on a condo at jalan puchong, near to old klang road.... and noticed that... so many condos there.... namely oug parklane, tiara 1 &2, Residence 8, the nest, citizen 1 and 2.... sri jati 1 & 2.... AMAZING!

if all these house being occupied 100%.... would the jalan(with only one lane or max 2 lanes for one direction) still can JALAN?

location wise i think is good as accessible to puchong kl sunway subang and pj.... middle point...just worry the traffic standstill only....

anyone currently staying there can share some opinion?

Master Title and Strata Title

Dear Bro and Sis....

Anyone of you having a property which still holding a master title? does it matter to you?

I am currently targeting to buy a condo which completed by year 2007 but yet to have its strata title. the developer seem like 'dying' at the moment.... so i believe the chance to get the strata title is low.....

should i proceed with the purchase? any advise?

Dear all bro and sis...

I am going to purchase a house for own staying.... budget around 400-450k and preferable freehold property.... i have shortlisted few condo..... need to ask for opinion regarding their security, management and those pros/ cons etc....

those condo are:
1. Bougainvilla Segambut (heard many foreigner since year 2010 time)
2. Prima tiara 2 (only 1 parking)
3. Duta Ria (abit over my budget)
4. Puncak Banyan (many students)
5. Sri Putramas 1 (bad workmanship?)

anyone staying at these condo? any recommendations? should go for it or not?

I am considering to buy a new phone now, and there are three option for me:

1. Mate 8 3gb/64gb : rm1999 free one hw y3c smart phone and 3d2n hotel voucher

2. P9 : rm2099 free hw y3c smart phone as well and 3d2n hotel voucher

3. Honor 8 : rm1699 free honor band z1

Personally I think the hotel voucher is suck if you read through the tnc and I feel no one will use it. Anyone can recommend where could get the cheaper price in Klang valley instead of directd.

Btw, any bro or sis is using honor 8? How is that? Compare to mate8?

Any suggestions which one should I go for? Hahahaha

hi guys... i am seeking advice for buying a 50inch smart tv, budget around 3-4k.....
mainly is just for my mum to watch some astro program and maybe youtube sometime.....
recently i visited senheng tbm harvey norman and found these few 2015 models:

Sharp android tv LC50LE570X (RM3K++)
toshiba android tv 50L5550VM (RM2.6k++)
Sony Android tv KDL50W800C (RM3.1K)

Which i have no idea how to make decision. initially go for toshiba but heard many salesman say the quality drop badly in recent years... then wanna go for sony unfortunately my mum say the bracket could only use the one provided by sony and it gonna be fixed on the wall and cant do any adjustment neither up or down/left or right.....

left sharp.... from ESH... which i think is last unit lah... and the display unit put together with all sharp model...not able to compare the screen n color quality.....@@

any suggestion which one i should go for? or any similar one to introduce? heard korean brand mainly kacau after warranty..is that true?
