CPU high idle temp

Hi, very rarely my computer would be super laggy, but after restart it would be ok. When it was laggy, i noticed my CPU temp was super high. this led me to digging around more and would like some feedback from you guys.

Attached is screenshot of cpu details .. did a comparison with one of my friends and he said that my Current usage is quite high.

My PC is 1 year old and i do not OC / or change any settings etc

Specs as below

MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI
AMD RYZEN 5 3600X WITH WRAITH SPIRE COOLER
EVGA SUPERNOVA 650 G+ GOLD FULL MODULAR (10)

Any idea what is the problem ?

Hi guys, I recently moved into a subsale terrace, however I am experiencing power trips during thunderstorms, but my neighbours electric still okay.

What do you guys recommend me to do ? Been doing some browsing and read should try change to a more reliable brand like Hager?

Anyone to recommend fixing/installing it for me ?

Hey guys! One of my close friends has been suffering from imsonia/sleep difficulties ? Like difficulty sleeping, or unable to stay asleep. He has not been sleeping well for more than a month. Sometimes no sleep at all for days or just 1-2 hours a night
