"KUALA LUMPUR: A woman and a teenage girl were injured after a tree fell on them near Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang in Jalan Pudu this morning.

According to Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), the fallen tree was blocking two lanes of Jalan Pudu.

It advised motorists in the Pudu area to use alternative routes following a tree fall incident.

“DBKL, along with the Fire and Rescue Department and the police, are at site for clearing works and traffic management.

“Road users are advised to use alternative routes and follow authorities instructions,” it said in a statement.

According to a news portal quoting the KL Fire and Rescue Department spokesperson, the 39-year-old woman and the teenager,15, have both been sent to the hospital.

The Fire and Rescue Department said it received a report on the incident at 10.44am."

DDLs are fine. Only streaming videos are slow.

I'm getting a sudden above 100kB/s download speed.
Also getting good speed from int'l peers too.

60.51 = now a bad ip

A few weeks ago, 60.51 used to be a good ip. Connecting to int'l sites were fast and the download speed was good.
Pinging to int'l sites was between 300 - 500ms

But now connecting to int'l sites are very slow and download speed is poor.
Ping is around 1100 - 2000ms, the 4digits of doom.
