Need advise with tighten floating shelf screws :/

this is my first time ever trying to drill and install floating shelf and I'm stuck at the part where i have to tighten the screw, anyone can suggest what kinds of tool can help me to turn the screw? I tried with my bare hands, plier, spanner and this is the best i can do, there's still half of the screw that i need to screw in, help anyone?

6.2k nett salary for 700k property, opinion?

Hi, I'm a first time home buyer, and are quite inexperience on property, based on the loan calculators i found online, and with the interest around 3% now for house loan, apparently there's high chance my loan will get approved for property with price around 700k, and most agents are saying the same thing to me too but I still have doubt.

Let say the property price is around 700k after rebate from orignal SPA price, and monthly payment once approved will be around 2660 + 400 maintenace fee per month, and the estimation completion date is 2024/25, below are my commitments so far:

car loan - 700 (finish paying in less than 3 years time)
ptptn - 300
others - 810.58 (insurance, phone)

is this going to be a huge risk if i decide to pursue further? appreciate all opinion here, thanks

Well, I am hoping to get opinions from everyone who seen this post especially woman, if a woman decides to tell a guy that she thinks both of them are not suitable, and she isn't ready for a relationship at the moment because she afraid she might hurt someone else at current state, is that going to be final decision?

I gotta admit i didnt do well too before she told me that. I can only chat naturally with her via social media, but when it comes to face to face interaction, we can't talk much even when we are colleague and always have lunch together. I'm the type that less talkative and tends to stay quiet all the time in conversations. and what's worse is that, I acted needy and probably those actions of asking her out non-stop gave too much pressure on her and scare her away. I dont know how I can end up doing those things when I'm normally cool and steady on everything even when facing deadlines.

after she confronts me about it, we agree to stay friend. Ironically, now despite i still have feeling on her, I can talk way more naturally to her face to face and those sense of insecurity are no longer there because I know I can't do anything at all at the moment, I understand that she will remember my "crime" and might even lose her as friend if I made any moves beyond the boundaries.

But somehow, I really wonder if I stand any chance in the future now that I can talk naturally and let her know me more, or once that attraction is gone, it is gone forever? I am confident that she used to give me chances, before i screw up because of my insecurity and lack of communication.

Of course I understand the best move for me is move on and let it go slowly. I just hope to get more opinions from everyone of you as lessons for myself. thanks in advance.

She refuse to go out with me

There's this female colleague who i chat a lot via social media, however not much when talk face to face, well, i'm a rather less talkative guy outside internet. well, let's ignore, but I guess it would affect your opinion on what I want to ask.

Here goes, when I first invite her out for a movie, she said she already had dinner plan but still ask me details like watch where etc. Since i think it would be quite rush for her to go here and there, so I cancel the plan and she said let's watch next time. However, things have change all of sudden a week after that. She start came out with reason without further details and reject my invitation every time. and yea, she rejected my invitation for valentines day as well. She said she wasnt ready yet due to her past relationships but we still continue to chat a lot, yet again, social media. Before I forget, she rejected my offer to fetch her home too.

For everyone who experienced this before, especially woman, can you provide your point of view on this matter? I googled and ask around my friends(guys) and the conclusion i get is I can forget about her. Well of course, there are several case where netizen suggest to stay persistent.

I would really appreciate if anyone would share your experience and point of view here... thanks and please forgive me if my English is rather difficult to understand

Computer games from 90's

I remember there were plenty of computer mini games back in 90's, games that we can play in computer class after complete our task, . But i only remember Pikaball and loderunner. and there's another pokemon game as well where we use the pikachu to head the pokeball to damage the pokemon boss, and there's 15 levels in total, final boss is alakazam where its attacks cover the whole screen, but i just couldn't remember the name, which kinda difficult for me to search online. anyone can still remember name of those classic games?

And my real question is.... is it worth to work as programmer in this industry? The salary is nice and i get to learn and get more experiencr on programming, but im worry about my career in long term. Any advice?

Struggling in life

I just changed job few months ago, everything seems alright in the beginning until recently. Im starting to feel the pressure as Im struggling to improve my self in terms of performance with the probation period nearing its end and what makes it worst is that my personal trait (too quite) is affecting my communication with my new colleagues as well. I've work as a PHP programmer for almost 3 years now, I decided to move onto next stage of career only to be baffled by job requirements for almost all related job openings as programmer. Most job require MVC framework knowledge, Object-oriented programming when it comes to PHP while most of other jobs requires other programming language like Java, C# and so on, basically, what I've been used and work with for 3 years didnt qualify me enough to fit these requirements. Should I switch to different programming language? would it be too late for that now? Sorry if my question seems a bit "immature" but I'm really need some advices here...thank you..
