League of Legends ping problem

Hi Maxis can you help me with League of Legends ping issue..I contacted League of Legends staff to help with the ping and i provided them a pingplotter so that they can help me..Here is the result of the test

Then i gave that test for them to check then they said i should contacted my ISP which is Maxis Fibre

The second image is from league of legends staff and they said "As you can see, you are getting connectivity issues when your modem tries to connect with your ISP.
Also, the routing sends you to Hong Kong, where you see another ping spike, and then to the servers.

If you let your ISP know of this problem, they can provide you with better and more targeted solution"

Without VPN software like WTFast or Battleping i cannot play League of Legends smoothly..So i hope u can help me fix this modem that send me to Hong Kong

Hello Maxis..APA INI???It's been 3 years i'm using Maxis Fibre 10MBps...3 years i'm playing League of Legends with high ping 120-300ms.I play Dota 2 also like this..I already reported this thing to Garena and they said that it was ISP problem not their problem..Can u fix it..Without VPN software like WTFast,Killping etc. my ping sure increase to 120-300ms..Just now played one game and my ping capped at 220 ms..None of my family watching youtube or movie but still ping capped at 220ms..I hope u can fix this as soon as you can because i just saw many League of Legends players and Dota 2 players having this issue and maxis customer service keeps saying that they already fix this issue but nothing changed for us..
